Do I need to provide content (photos, videos)?
You can share raw photos/videos if you have them (we'll edit and design them). If not, we use premium stock footage, AI-generated visuals, and motion graphics. For brands wanting custom shoots, we offer a content shoot add-on (₹14,999) with a photographer and videographer.
Who writes the captions and content?
Our in-house copywriters write all captions — in English or Hinglish, depending on your audience. Every caption is built with a hook, story, and CTA. We also research relevant hashtags and trending topics in your niche. You review and approve everything before it's posted.
Do you handle paid ads too?
Yes — Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram), LinkedIn Ads and YouTube Ads. Ad spend is separate (paid directly to the platforms), and our management fee is included in the Advance and Corporate packages. We run full-funnel campaigns: awareness → consideration → conversion.
How do you handle negative comments and DMs?
We respond to all comments and DMs in your brand voice — including negative ones. Our team is trained to handle criticism professionally, escalate serious issues to you immediately, and turn unhappy customers into loyal ones where possible.
Can I approve posts before they go live?
Absolutely. We share a full content calendar and all creatives for your approval before scheduling. You get full control — nothing gets posted without your sign-off. We use a shared content calendar (Google Sheets or Notion) so you always know what's coming.
Do you work with businesses outside Siliguri?
Yes — pan-India. We serve clients across Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, Guwahati, Gangtok and tier-2/tier-3 cities. All work is remote-first with regular video calls and WhatsApp coordination.
What's the minimum commitment?
We recommend a minimum 3-month commitment — because social media growth compounds over time. But there's no long-term lock-in. You can pause or cancel with 30 days' notice. Most clients stay with us for years because of the results.
Do you create content in Hindi / regional languages?
Yes — we create content in English, Hindi, Hinglish, Bengali, Assamese and other Indian languages. Language strategy depends on your target audience. For pan-India brands, we often use Hinglish (Hindi + English mix) as it resonates most broadly.
